Maureen (O'Driscoll) Ahearn
On June 28, 2009, Bruce Driscoll of Canada turned the O'Driscoll Chieftain's chain of office over to Maureen (O'Driscoll) Ahearn of Cork. Maureen is a native Irish speaker and only the second woman to hold the post. Bridie O'Driscoll Murphy held the post from 1993 - 1995.Maureen plans to continue the good work of the Chieftains before her and build on it to further strengthen the ties that bind our clan together.
